Mr. Srinivasan S - Mentor
Mr. Srinivasan has a Masters Degree in Law, Human Resource Management and a PG Diploma from Indian Society of Training and Development (ISTD). He is also a certified professional in Cyber Laws. He is an accredited Management teacher by AIMA. He has more than two decades of industrial experience serving organizations of repute such as Enfield, Sree Karpagambal Mills and Mettur Beardsell Ltd to name a few. While leaving Enfield, he was the General Manager - HR. He has more than a decade of consulting experience and has been extensively involved in all H.R, I. R and Training activities. He has also contributed many HR related articles in magazines.
Mr. Umesh T P - Founder and Director
He is the founder and Director of Hale Electronics, which is the parent company of Hale Human Capital. He is an engineer by profession and has 16+ years of experience in Sales and Marketing. He has worked with esteemed organizations like Volex Interconnect (P) Ltd, ADC KRONE Banco, Pentafour and Calisys focussing on sale and marketing in responsible positions. During his stay with Volex, he was instrumental in devising strategies that motivate the field sales employees, by implementing very effective sales incentive structure that was linked to the balance score card of the organization.He was also involved in developing core competencies for his team members and ensuring high levels of engagement and consistent performance of his team members. He is currently the Sales Director of Hale Electronics, where he manages both Sales and Marketing besides managing key accounts, new business verticals along with product management. He is always available for expert advice and is also a significant contributor in the daily operations of Hale Human Capital.
Mr. Ragesh K C – Principal Consultant
Mr.Ragesh has more than a decade of experience in Human Resource Development vertical. He was a Director and Head of Human Resources with Volex Interconnect India Pvt. Ltd., which is a large Multinational Company. Mr. Ragesh had successful stints at Kone Elevators, Eurotherm Del India Limited and Pentagon Global solutions too. He has conducted numerous training programmes and developed training modules on Team building, Leadership, Emotional Intelligence and balanced score card etc. He was also instrumental in successfully implementing 360-Degree appraisals at Eurotherm Del India Limited. He did his Masters in Social Work and also holds a diploma from Sathya Sai Education. He also obtained a green belt certificate in Six Sigma from QT & T
Ms. Suma – HR Architect
Mrs. Suma obtained her Masters degree in Statistics, Post Graduate Diploma in Computer Applications, Bachelors Degree in education and pursuing her MBA. She has rich experience in banking Industry, worked in INGVysya bank for more than a decade. During her tenure she has been widely appreciated for her contribution in streamlining the banking functions.     She was also a teacher for a brief period at Sri Sathya Sai Vidyapeet Residential School. Mrs. Suma was a passionate teacher , who connected with students instantly. She is very comfortable with people and numbers. She has attended professional trainings such as Training in RTGS, SANCHEZ-PROFILE, ALPM operations , Test Process Management. Also obtained NCFM Certification in Financial Markets
