In order to enhance productivity in work, communication is the key to boost the same. There is nothing in life with out a communication. Being an effective communicator takes real skill. Communication & Presentation skills have to be developed, honed and added to on an on-going basis. They are the heart of interpersonal skills and the greater your awareness of how it works, the more effective your communication will be. We all want to give interesting, effective and memorable presentations. Our main objective as a communicator/presenter is to deliver a message with clarity. Email as a communication tool, has brought about much positive advancement in the workplace - it's quicker than snail mail, less intrusive than a phone call and an efficient way to keep track of correspondence details. Hence it is important for organizations to have established rules for business email etiquette.

Faculty profile : Mr.Ragesh has more than a decade of experience in Human Resource Development vertical. He was Head of Human Resources at Volex Interconnect India Pvt. Ltd., which is a Multinational Company. Mr. Ragesh had successful stints at Kone Elevators, Eurotherm Del India Limited and Pentagon Global solutions too. Now he is managing his H R Consultancy firm named Hale Human Capital. He has conducted numerous training programmes and developed training modules on Team building, Leadership, Emotional Intelligence and Balanced score card, Competency Mapping etc. Successfully implemented 360-Degree appraisals at Eurotherm Del India Limited. He did his Masters in Social Work. Also a Diploma holder in Sathya Sai Education and obtained a green belt certificate in six sigma from QT & T. His in-house workshop is widely appreciated by Vascon, Stock Holding corporation, Allison Transmission, BorgWarner, Asian PPG, Winergy Drive systems, Besmak components etc. He is a Consultant and H R Advisor for FUSO Glass India Pvt lt and Skylark . Dr. Gowri Ramachandran is having more than 2.5 decades of corporate experience in public sector enterprises. She did her masters in comerce as well as business administration and a post graduate diploma holder in Financial Management. She has done her doctorate in corporate law. Currently she is a visiting faculty in many leading business schools. Also she is a consultant for Economic and Business analysis to Hindustan Chamber of Commerce a leading trade body. Regularly writes articles for their bullettin. Done lot of financial restructuring of SME’s sector. She has rendered numerous guest lectures in various management related topics.
